Welcome to Tendonitis Symptoms
June 10, 2007
I began this blog to help people, specifically us that work within an office, to identify the regular work related pains and possible Tendonitis symptoms. Hopefully this will help to keep from people pushing them selves possibly harder than they shout. You can view articles regarding various different types of Tendonitis and what the different tendonitis symptoms are throughout the different articles within this site.
Tendonitis symptoms develop through the repeated or excessive strain passing between one muscle to a tendon that attaches that specific muscle to the bone supporting it. Muscles affected by Tendonitis symptoms often will feel a tightness within them that is contracting lften and causing mild to severe pain. The constant contraction of the muscles is what creates a strain on and within the tendons that irritates them while creating pain as well as discomfort.
This site covers the various types of Tendonitis and the different symptoms that can surface, and help you identify if this is something that you are suffering from. If you are suffering from Tendonitis and are in pain, please see you physician.

Got something to say?

I am suffered from tendonitis for several years now and want to express my appreciation for a site that helps it to be identified.
I had both knee replacements and got a staff infection in the left knee. Now i have severe foot pain. Could the knee replacements cause such foot pain? I have the symptoms Peroneal Tendonitis. I also have a rash on both my ankles.
